Cancellation Policy

All registrations must be completed through the official booking system. A participant’s spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received. All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise approved. Programs operate with limited capacity and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once full, registration will close. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued as follows: more than 14 days prior to the start date, full refund less a 10% administrative fee; 7–14 days prior, 50% refund; less than 7 days, no refund. No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or removal due to behavioural concerns. Transfers may be considered with sufficient notice and are subject to availability. The Ontario Baseball Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances. If a program is cancelled prior to its start date, a full refund or credit will be issued. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed. Participants are expected to arrive on time and be picked up promptly. Supervision is only provided during scheduled program hours. Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional fees or removal from the program. All participants must follow instructions and demonstrate respectful behaviour. The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive conduct without refund. Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and emergency information. Participation involves inherent risk, and by registering, you accept full responsibility for such risks. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
