Havana-born coach Kevin Duarte brings the precision and passion of Cuban baseball to the Ontario Baseball Academy. Based in Hamilton, he specialises in developing athletes through disciplined, high-performance training rooted in Cuba’s professional baseball tradition.

Cuban coach Yoslay Villaurrutia brings international experience and technical mastery to the Ontario Baseball Academy. A product of Cuba’s INDER system, he develops disciplined, high-performing athletes through precision training, mentorship, and a passion for the game’s fundamentals.

Coach Darren is a veteran coach with 35 years of experience, guiding athletes from grassroots levels to elite performance across Canada and the United States.

Daniel Hernández Cabrera, a Cuban-born professional baseball trainer, brings world-class expertise to OBA. Renowned for developing athletes into professional ballplayers, his disciplined, science-based coaching transforms raw talent into competitive performance at the elite and international levels.

Esthela Segovia is a nationally recognized Mexican baseball and softball athlete whose international experience, technical skill, and commitment to player development strengthen her role as a coach and trainer at the Ontario Baseball Academy in Hamilton, Ontario.

A seasoned left-handed pitcher from Havana, Cuba, Ian Rendón brings over a decade of professional experience to the Ontario Baseball Academy, mentoring pitchers with precision, discipline, and a deep understanding of international baseball dynamics.

Coach Marta brings lifelong experience in fitness and youth development, creating safe, age-appropriate training programs that emphasise proper technique, injury prevention, and confidence. Her engaging approach supports young athletes across sports, fostering strength, teamwork, and long-term athletic foundations.
