Kevin Duarte is a Havana-born baseball coach and technical trainer based in Hamilton, Ontario. A member of the Cuban coaching group working within the Ontario Baseball Academy (OBA), Duarte brings the precision, discipline, and professional methodology of Cuban baseball development to Canadian players.
 

Educated in the fundamentals of player mechanics and tactical awareness within Cuba’s elite baseball culture, Duarte has contributed to advancing athlete performance in Canada through focused skill training and individualized instruction. His coaching approach reflects the Cuban emphasis on agility, coordination, and situational intelligence, helping players build not only stronger physical capacity but also deeper game awareness.
 

As part of the OBA’s Cuban-led coaching team under the direction of Damian Blen, Kevin supports player development across multiple age levels, providing advanced training grounded in international professional standards. His work continues to strengthen the connection between Cuban baseball excellence and Ontario’s growing reputation for high-level player training.
